September 5, 2011 Grade 8





Above students are working together to solve the mystery of drawing the celtic knot. Student will complete their illuminated letter. In our next exercise we will be working with the concept of perspective. Students will develop a working ability to put simple forms in one point perspective. Students will understand the role renaissance artists played in developing the science of mathematical/linear perspective. We will look at the work of Brunelleschi (1377-1446).
